Meet Katsiaryna, our YouTube Team Lead, who has explored five different roles at Mediatech in less than four years!
From Junior YouTube Coordinator to Content Production Manager, Performance Innovations Manager, Senior YouTube Growth Manager, and now Team Lead. Quite a journey, right?
For Katsiaryna, one of the best things about Mediatech is the freedom to explore new opportunities, learn quickly, and grow without having to look for the next step somewhere else. Her latest chapter has brought a whole new perspective. As she learned from her peers, “leading isn’t a career step, it’s a completely new position.” Now, she’s focused on bringing her team together and making the most of everyone's different strengths.
Katsiaryna loves being surrounded by people who have different backgrounds, interests, and perspectives. And when she's not busy exploring new opportunities at work, she's exploring the world! Having recently visited Venice and Andorra, Katsiaryna is the kind of traveller who can rack up 30,000 steps in a day.
She's also a big fan of our office gym perk, which has become more than just a way to stay active. It's a chance to reset, clear her mind, and catch up with her gym crew, friends from across Tesonet companies. And with group classes available to book through the app, there are even more ways to make the most of the perk!
Add three books on her nightstand (yes, she reads them all at the same time!) and a love for documentaries, and you've got someone who never stops exploring, whether it's a new city, a new idea, or a new chapter in her career. In her free time, she enjoys visiting art exhibitions and discovering interesting performances, always finding new things to inspire her.
Here's to staying curious, trying new things, and finding room to grow. We can't wait to see what's next for Katsiaryna and the YouTube team!
